I found a recipe a couple of years ago and it has become a staple in the rotation. It seems to be a crowd pleaser and even the kids love it. Perfect dish to bring to a party. It's fresh, healthy and sophisticated.
It's one of those recipes that you can play with and make your own so go ahead and give it a tweak.

Roasted cauliflower is yummo! Great recipe. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYum! and healthy too! We've always breaded and fried them. Delicious but it has resulted in fat thighs. This is a much better way to go.
ReplyDeleteHome girls! Dina I love anything breaded and fried but it has never ended well for me. I try to cook much lighter these days. I can't believe how much my daughters love this dish.
ReplyDeleteSue you seem to cook healthy...I would love to know some of your recipes. I am in the process of perfecting a Bloody Mary which I will post soon.
This is one of my favorite recipes you have introduced to me...love!
